Christmas Un-wish List II
I have an addition to the growing list of things that I do NOT want for Christmas: Cherubum.
That’s all I really have to say about that.

With a week to go until Thanksgiving Day, I thought I would take this opportunity to link to a few posts from the last year which remind me of what I am thankful for. Or at least, a few of the many things for which I am thankful.
Rejoice in the Lord Always: I am thankful for God and the peace which He provides.
Final Movement: I am thankful for moving to a new apartment, and in general, I am thankful for having a roof over my head. I am thankful for my family and my girlfriend and the help that they have given to me.
On the Road: Part 2: I am thankful for amazing experiences!
Mexico Photos: I am thankful for an incredible vacation with my girlfriend, the affirmation of our relationship and friendship which it brought, and for the opportunity to travel.
Options: I am thankful for options.
I Am Thankful: I am thankful for being able to be thankful.
Distraction: I am thankful for having a wonderful distraction in my life.
I’ve been looking over the potential items that I absolutely do NOT want for Christmas. I am making this list just in case any of you were thinking about spending your hard-earned money on me. I want to be sure to get really good stuff.
This is my top item so far on the List of Things I Do NOT Want.
Dancing Kung Fu Hamster
The description of this item starts with “You’ll laugh for hours when you see this hamster sing and dance to ‘Kung Fu Fighting’”.
I’ll continue this list later.
My good friends over at The Happy Husband have brought a a happy baby into the world!
Congratulations!
A random radio station has been playing in the background today while I work.
Eighties music has subliminally filled the recesses of my mind.
I have a sudden unexplainable urge to put on my Kaepas and dance like the white man that I am. Maybe lip sync to Cyndi Lauper.
If you’re lost you can look
And you will find me
Time after time
If you fall I will catch you
I… will be… WAI-TING
Time after time
hmm… I wonder what I did with my Kaepas?
My girlfriend thought the pond near Enchanted Rock was rather ugly. She was right. It was ugly. And a bit stinky. But I really like this photograph. The sky makes it all look so wonderful. Maybe even worth a swim. If you don’t mind the stink.
